Hotel La Nidiola

The "Hotel La Nidiola" in Riccione is a great 2-star option. Cleanliness is excellent, although we found some hairs on the sheets, but nothing serious. The included breakfast is varied, with sweet and savory options for all tastes. The staff is friendly and helpful, even to store your luggage after check-out. Prices are appropriate for the category. You can see that the rooms have been recently refurnished and this is very welcome as it brings modernity to the hotel. The location is convenient for reaching both the center of Riccione and the train station on foot (widely used by us to get around and visit the surroundings). A night porter is always available, ensuring safety and flexibility for returning to the hotel and this is also very welcome. Super recommended for a convenient stay in Riccione, with few sacrifices.

They canceled our reservation (made in August for October) 6 days before our stay. We were forced to look for other hotels obviously at a much higher price given the much closer date, without giving any explanation. After calling them the only thing they told us was "we have decided to close the hotel for a few days" and they did not answer consecutive calls the following day. Really terrible and unprofessional. Nice hotel in a strategic area, quiet but very close to the center and well-stocked streets, and a few steps from the sea in a point where the water is particularly clean. New rooms equipped with every comfort, in particular ours had an exceptional terrace useful for enjoying some homemade aperitifs when returning from the beach! Excellent cleanliness and friendly room tidying staff! Delicious breakfast until late which allowed us to enjoy a few hours extra sleep, the water dispenser service available 24 hours a day is excellent and very useful! A special thanks goes to Antonella who was kind, friendly and extremely available to accommodate every request!
